At Raani Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unworn, unused, and unwashed,
  • have all original tags attached,
  • be in its original packaging,
  • and be in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue,
  • and clear photos of the item.

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

  • sale or discounted items,
  • jewellery and accessories,
  • personalised or custom-made items,
  • gift cards,
  • beauty or personal care items.

Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order separately once your approved return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return relates to a faulty or incorrect item.

EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Rights

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods under applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must remain unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
